Job description
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be a key person in our team, responsible for conducting recruitment processes and supporting the Client in acquiring the best Candidates. Your work will allow you to quickly gain experience in various areas of recruitment, as well as develop skills in project work.
Due to the specificity of your tasks, you will work closely with the project team within 313C and with our Client. Your daily work will be based on tools such as Asana and Teams, MS Office, which support work organization and enable effective communication.
Your role will allow you to develop recruitment competences, improve organizational and communication skills, and have a real impact on the recruitment processes carried out for our Clients.
Scope of duties
Conducting recruitment processes (75%)
Pre-selection of candidates based on CVs, application forms and our product – recruitment games.
Conducting telephone interviews and arranging recruitment meetings.
Preparing Candidate recommendations for Clients.
Reporting and communicating with the team (15%)
- Completing quantitative and qualitative data in reports
- Regular communication with the project team and Clients in tools such as Asana and Teams.
Administrative support (10%)
- Improving and optimizing recruitment tools and processes.
Requirements
Minimum secondary education.
Knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive).
Accuracy and meticulousness
Independence, proactivity and the ability to build positive relationships.
Availability from February 1, 2025.
Nice to have
Experience in conducting recruitment.
Experience in telephone customer service.
Experience in project work.
Willingness to develop skills with AI tools – we will be happy to share knowledge and help develop them!
Knowledge of recruitment systems (eRecruiter, etc.) and project management tools (e.g. Asana, ClickUp).
