Our Story

We are a group of enthusiasts and experienced experts who have been joining forces since 2010 to provide modern, effective and engaging recruitment solutions for organizations in the form of games.

is a mixture of experiences and skills that together create a unique whole.

 

The founders of our company are Marianna Król, Grzegorz Żmuda and Przemek Siódmiak, and currently the team consists of over a dozen committed people who work every day to improve our solutions and cooperate with our Clients.

Grzegorz Żmuda

PHD IN SOCIAL SCIENCES, ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST AND SOCIOLOGIST. EXPERT IN DESIGNING PSYCHOMETRIC TOOLS, COMPETENCE AND POTENTIAL RESEARCH. CO-CREATOR OF THE METHODOLOGY OF THE NATIONAL STUDY "BALANCE OF COMPETENCES".

Przemek Siódmiak

ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST AND MANAGER WITH 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HRM, SALES, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DEALER STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT. CERTIFIED PROJECT MANAGER, CO-FOUNDER OF STARTUP COMMUNITY POZNAŃ.
