313C Sp. z o.o. implements the project: „New Generation Recruitment through values, games and data”, which is partly financed by the EU funding.
The entity of the project is to carry out a professional design process and initial investment and as a result create a new design of innovative recruitment service with the use of platform for conducting recruitment through simulation games, which test the fit to the organizational culture and job position.
The service fits into a growing trend of Evidence Based Management and it constitutes an innovation by using the original 313C method of implementation of recruitment processes, based on VALUES of the organization and competency models. Thanks to the use of simulation games, the solution builds high involvement of the Candidates and provides them with additional value allowing them to become familiar with the specifics of the company and the job position. As a result, the process gives objective, accurate and reliable data, which allow to make optimal recruitment decisions.

The aim of the project is to develop and implement on the market by 31.07.2021 innovative recruitment service with the use of platform for conducting recruitment through simulation games, which test the fit to the organizational culture and job position.
Achievement of the mentioned objectives will increase the level of 313C brand recognition on the recruitment services market and will put the company in the position of the main innovator within such services on the Polish market with a real opportunity to provide services outside of the domestic market.
